Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AcaDome, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the services. AcaDome provides a platform for students to manage their academic journey and connect with academies.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information, including occupation and identity details.
Academyal Services
AcaDome facilitates communication between users and educational academies. By applying to an academy via our platform, you authorize AcaDome to share your profile and CV data with that specific academy for admission purposes.
Security & Monitoring
For account protection, we track IP addresses, device identifiers, and geo-location metadata. Any attempt to compromise the system or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Intellectual Property
The AcaDome platform, including its brand, code, and proprietary content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their personal data but grant AcaDome a license to host and process that data.
Limitation of Liability
AcaDome is not responsible for the admission decisions made by academies. We provide the tools, but the relationship between the student and the academy is independent of AcaDome.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in academic dishonesty, or misuse the platform's resources.
